Advance booking is required and subject to availability. The voucher must be presented on arrival and used in full on the date of your visit, at a single outlet only — either one restaurant, one bar, the spa, or for a stay. Blackout dates apply. Any unused balance cannot be exchanged for cash or used across multiple outlets or services.

This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. Offer is not in conjunction with any other promotion or package. No photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted. Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null & void. Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Please note, this voucher is not applicable towards meetings and events bookings.

*Price difference must be paid for. For instance, if the selling rate for a bedroom on the day is £250 and you have been gifted a £100 voucher, you must pay the £150 difference at time of booking. The remaining balance on the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used after check-out.
