Advance booking is necessary and subject to availability (Working hours: Monday - Sunday: 10:00am - 6:30pm). Please be advised some packages are applicable Monday to Friday and some packages are valid during weekends only. Blackout dates may apply. Please have the voucher number at hand while making the booking and present the voucher upon arrival. This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, and is non-transferable or refundable. No photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted. Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null & void. Terms & conditions are subject to change. A 100% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or day spa package which is not canceled at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
